Sf Housing Accelerator

The San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund is an innovative public-private partnership with the City of San Francisco, local foundations, private lending institutions, and corporations. The Fund provides affordable housing developers with acquisition, predevelopment, and rehabilitation financing; and will have the ability in the future to additionally invest in or acquire vacant sites and existing properties. It is designed to be responsive to the unique characteristics of San Francisco, and offers an innovative, flexible and financially sustainable model for future housing initiatives coordinated with the public sector.
